New Blinder "J15" Single Head Test

We wanted to see if this new Blinder M45/M35 J15 would hold up and give enough protection for you to slow down. Test course was 1025 feet. We did runs with 3 heads, then runs with only one single M25 head. Check out these results:

worst test ever.

very unreliable.

Use a tripod

and when you use a the center jammer, don't target the center of the vehicle. Better yet, don't tell your kid to do it. target a headlight.

1 out of 5

Huh!

dlite922,

Watch very closely, we had it mounted on a tri-pod. Also we took head light shots and center mass. HELLO!!!!!

Noticed the comment about testing on a white car...

Are white cars more or less susceptible to laser?

Holding all other factors equal ( remember: each vehicle make/model has its own unique LASER hardpoints - unique weaknesses - thus, this variable needs to be controlled for, in any comparisons ;) ), typically, lighter colors fare worse, i.e. it's "more susceptible," as you so well put it, to LASER. Thus, a "black" STI fare slightly better than a "white" STI.

There's some variability to this, too - various metallic and pearlescent finishes fare worse than matte or just plain, single-color finishes.

Also, to an extent, certain specific colors fare worse - i.e. red - than certain others, such as blue, despite the same type of finish on both.
