License plate polarized cover fails

Just as an FYI, I had one of these on my car and a photo speed camera still was able to take a picture of my tag ... trying to find out if there is a better solution? GPS might be the only option?

Sorry, it converted my html link to "home" but the link was the site I was referring to, it is

stealthplatecover.com and I believe they brand it as their own
