Hey guys, we all like too believe we bought the best products and that we have the best. Someone selling those products would never use the pitch "I sell product A, but please buy product B because it is better!"

THEREFORE: I feel a person should be allowed to say he thinks his one is best, but I strongly feel not at the expense of saying I got a jtg and you only got a jam to 5 feet (if you get my meaning).

You guys would really hate it if I told you the best jammer that kept me out of jail the most, was in fact a cheap knock off known as a Lasertec pro20. You know why it was the best, it was my first! The best car ever made was a Renault, why, it was my first! (due to political reasons, I will never buy a French car again, but my first car will always have a soft spot in my heart).

I sincerly hope you guys who have decided to leave this forum read this and except it as a welcome back from me (not that it means much I guess), as I have truly enjoyed our few chats and have learnt what I believe to be an immeasurable amount from the two of you.

X2

I have spoken with Allen and unfortunately he will not be back. I did my best to convince him otherwise but he has mad a decision and is going to stick with it. After hearing his explanation I will say that I truly understand his reasoning.
He will be missed from this forum by many!!!

Thanks Streaker for your commit on all of this. I didn't want TSi+WRX to leave, but he did. I'm not sure if I'm going to stay myself. I have seen so many changes in this industry, and not all for the good. I have tried to help others on this forum and share what I know about countermeasures. I think maybe it comes down to if you guys really want me to hang around. Yes I have some bad history with RD.net which mhardy made very clear will follow me to any forum I go to, that has to do with countermeasures. Not sure if what I'm going to do. I guess if someone needs advice they can always PM me. I'm probably going to lay low for awhile and chill. Again thank you for your reply.

I have seen the ugly side with everyone including Mhardy/Blinder Guy. As long as you TRULY learned from your mistakes, and do not pull a Jekyll and hyde, you should be fine.

As you have pointed out he DID apologize. Obviously he regretted the turn of events. You obviously took the high road and welcomed him back. This is one of many reasons TSi+WRX why I respect you so much, and to abandon us here who need your expertise, well, it's a big source of disappointment. Imagine meeting someone and finding a lot of reasons to respect them, but then suddenly they walk out the front door (for whatever reason). I think you could see where that would cause such great disappointment by that person doing that and not taking the high road, as you've done before. So basically it's like you got into an argument with someone and so when you got home you kicked the cat. A lot of us here feel like we're that cat You have taught us all so much in the past, and through no bad action on any of our part, you are taking the worst possible action out on the rest of us by abandoning us. I know you didn't see it like this before, but this is how it basically is.

Why not compromise and use the features built-in to vB forum software intended for just this very occasion? Simply click on "User CP" and navigate towards the bottom of the left hand side menu where it says "Buddy/Ignore List". Then simply enter in the name of the party that you don't wish to see. Click "Save List" and guess what? You've just performed an action that will have the same effect as leaving, only you don't have to physically leave so it won't adversely effect those of us here who truly NEED you. An admin is not the only one who can effectively ban a member, you can privately ban anyone in any vB forum yourself by performing the actions I've outlined above. When you do that, you will never see those people again on these forums, just as if they were banned. Yet you can still be here for those of us who really, really, really need your expertise in all matters of countermeasure.

and for my absence, Stealth Enthusiast, I will apologize, for my ongoing conversation with you has been a true delight, in both my serving as a foil to your ideas, as well as your counterpoints to my own
I have always been a person who values actions more than anything else. Our conversations and debates here have been truly enlightening TSi+WRX. You have a way to explain things so that the common man can understand and grasp them. When people read your posts they learn and grow, whether they realize it or not. I NEED you here, I really, really need you here to teach me this vast and multi-faceted topic of countermeasures. Leaving only hurts those of us who need your help the most! We are all, after all, only human. If you could at least try to compromise by putting those who may upset you on 'Ignore' then you would still be able to help those of us who value and treasure your expertise. That is an action that I would like to see.
