Default Ambush from Front & Rear

I was heading down 85 south toward atlanta this morning, when my V1 and Blinder alerted. I look above on a overpass just to find a state trooper firing his Laser gun right at me. I slowed down from 85 mph to 73 mph and turned off the jammer. After I passed the under the overpass bridge I cut my blinder back on, and get a shot of laser from the rear.

I look in rear view and see another state trooper shooting traffic going away. So there were 2 officers on the bridge covering both ways. Luckly I was already at the speed limit from the first shot. This just comes to show having front and rear protection can come in handy in a nasty ambush. If I had passed under that bridge without having any rear Jammer heads, I would have been toast.

Scott,

Good one. It's going to be interesting to see, if over time, more officers target from the rear.

In and around exit 12 (or is it 21) on I-78 in New Jersey, officers routinely use their LTI's at the rear.

I hope you are using Veil G4 as a complement to your active, especially in the rear. Believe me, it helps.

I'm betting they do. It's the most vulnerable spot on the car. My next car will have five heads spread out in the rear

You're not talking about using it on the taillights I hope..

Absolutely. What's wrong with this? You can't even tell it's on my vehicle.

DJ, went way overboard with his rear application...way overboard.

One decent coating is sufficient on the tail lights, coupled with a plate cover (like a laser shield or photo blur) and perhaps the CHMSL. That will make it pretty easy on your rear jammer heads.

I have had great success with the ZR4/9500ci rear head alone with this setup with Veil. Trust me, it works and works quite well.

Default Veil G4

Veil Guy,

I run veil now on my rear tail lights. You can't even tell its on them. It is a great product and I recommend it to anyone who needs rear protection who have high reflective surfaces on their rear. Your right, officers are targeting the rear alot more than they use to. Its kinda scary!!
