), typically, lighter colors fare worse, i.e. it's "more susceptible," as you so well put it, to LASER. Thus, a "black" STI fare slightly better than a "white" STI.
There's some variability to this, too - various metallic and pearlescent finishes fare worse than matte or just plain, single-color finishes.
Also, to an extent, certain specific colors fare worse - i.e. red - than certain others, such as blue, despite the same type of finish on both.
