I happen to meet up with my friend Vince, who previously did his own video of going through dekalb county and jamming a dekalb county officer with his Blinder M-45. So after about a month, we finally meet up to test his Blinder M-45 on his Ford Van. Here is the video of what happened. The officer was very nice and just wanted to know what the HELL we were doing. This is what I get for being too noticable. I always seem to attract the Local FUZZ when I do Laser countermeasure testing.
