Ohio Troopers Do Not Visually Estimate Speed

Here is proof that Ohio State Troopers laser everyone and anyone no matter how fast they are going. They are trained to visually estimate someone's speed first then shoot but this does not happen. I have happen to go 50, 55, 60 (on a 65PSL) and they still laser me. This morning I was going 60 and what do you know they laser me. Anyways I used my cell phone to take this video then enhanced it
