WB,
Very cool. One of these days I am going to get around to checking out a Cayman S.
I've have come to believe that four-wheel/awd vehicles tend to understeer in general. It sounds like Porsche may have it right with what appears to be rear-wheel bias. Am I correct in this? As to why the car handles in a more neutral fashion (and despite having its engine hang over its rear axle)?
I have enjoyed the Z4 but my understanding is Porsche is more pure. BMW's active steering (and other gizmos) IMO detract from the pure driving pleasures that I believe Porsche is adhering too.
Perhaps when the season changes next year...
We've got some things in the works that I will talk to about offline, perhaps when you get together with Outrun, you can check them out when you do your testing in Texas. I believe you will like what you see.
Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving Holiday.
