I get shot with laser by Richardson PD Blinder M20

They set up a nice speed trap just as you come out of the Spring Valley Tunnel.

I saw something like this once in Ohio. An officer was using laser while dressed in a road-construction outfit standing by a tree shooting vehicles approaching a school zone.
