I have the plastic cover over tag

I have "phantom plate"

Clear plastic cover for tag, up close you can see the tiny metallic particles in it for distorting the camera flash, the cover also is bowed out somewhat on the sides, where the flash usually takes place. As far as I am concerned this whole thing is illegal, where is the complaining Officer or witness as written into the constitution?

Haven't you heard, everything these days is illegal. You can't even have a tag emblem that promotes lets say the university of Georgia or some school team around your license plate that covers up your county. Atleast in georgia its now illegal and is a $50.00 fine. Let me show you what I think of all these stupid and pointless laws.>>> thats right up the system

I agree...up the system!
I believe anything one can do to avoid an additional "backdoor tax" should certainly be pursued..including license plate covers: fight fire with fire!
