Just Preordered Veil G4

Well, I just preordered some Veil G4 and a Laser Shield from buyradardetectors.com.

I spoke with their rep david and he told me it would ship within the next few weeks.

I really like the look of G4 and hopefully it will give me the edge I need against the long range traps I come up against on houston freeways!

Can't wait to see what I have been missing out on, Will post pictures as soon as I apply! I am going to paint the chrome in front of my car flat black as well.

Does the flat black work? I remember seeing a "Mythbusters" episode where they tested it and it didn't do anything.

The all black paint did nothing to reduce the detectability of the car."

It should reduce range, but not beat it. With no super reflective substance, LIDAR lock takes longer and can only be acquired at shorter range.

Sure it cannot beat it, but it does help.

just order the out of stock veil on buyradardetectors.com they said as soon as veil is made available, they will ship Veil G4.
