Who cares, my opinion vs your opinion, both radar detectors do what there suppose to do. I like the V1, just the way it is. I don't care for all those other gizmos and gadgets on radar detectors. I like plain and simple, thats why I like the V1... I love the arrows and will stick with those over the BEEP! BEEP radar detectors. The arrows come in handy at night too.

Georgia Boy

That's your progative buddy. Please just don't use Mike Valentine advertising tag lines and talking points to support your posts though. I have heard them regurgitated all before.

Btw..my Bell can talk, the v1 just beeps..

It also tells me actual radar frequecies which are worth their weight in gold in the city to differentiate between real police radar and junk signals.

In actuality for more experianced RD users and drivers one can figure out which way the radar is coming from very easily. Just takes a bit of smarts is all. Escort's RD site use to have a nice easy discription of how to do this. I will leave it to you to figure it out..

I hope to...

To their credit, I believe the GoL was the first group to actually point out a potential 33.8Ghz Ka issue that appeared on certain early STi Driver radar detectors which has since been corrected by Beltronics...that was a good thing.

Peace and thanks for playing...

PS: It's Veilguy not Vailguy.

I always enjoy reading your posts Vailguy. They are the best of the bunch by far. GOL sometimes gets lucky. With all the attention they pay to police radar they darn well should!

What was that song by Tom Petty?

"Even a loser,gets lucky sometimes.."

Sorry I couldn't resist that one!

Veilguy huh? Sorry buddy. Better get the product name right huh?....

at least I didn't call you the "Whale Guy"..
