I think what MEM-TEK
meant to say was "
you would find that the blue display is much more readable at night compared to the RED display".
In other words, the human eyes design is more
sensitive toward blue light.
BTW - MEM-TEK, you might want to look into taking some Lutein (8mg) and Zeaxanthin (4mg) each day. They are for eye health and protect the lens and macular region of the retina from further oxidation damage. Neither can be produced by the body and need to be added to the diet in supplement form. Spinach contains both, but you'd have to eat barrels of it each day to receive the correct amounts of Lutein and Zeaxanthin. This is why most people take them in
