are you doing the install yourself or are you having it professionally installed?

Veil Guy:

I am doing the install myself, as I don't let anyone work on or touch the Vette other than myself and my dealer. I only let my dealer work on it because he's more anal than I am about taking care of Vettes.

It's not a hard install but it will take some time. I am going to post a video of the finished install with the 9500ci and quad LI when I am finished later this weekend.

"vschuel
Indeed, welcome!!!! I became a customer of Escort/Beltronics in 2006 with the purchase of my 8500 X50 Blue, then sold it and bought the
detector I ultimately wanted: the STi Driver. In both cases I have NEVER been disappointed!!!!

Welcome aboard guys. I just got the Escort 9500ci that I will be installing tomorrow. Can't wait to test it out and see if it performs as well as
everyone says it does."

vschuel / category4 - thank you for your use of our products and we are very glad to hear of your postive experience.

b.t.w. - cat4 - if you have any questions w/ your install, please ask. good luck - can't wait to see the video. if you want some more detail, i would be glad to send you a dvd of our install done here at the shop. just let me know (and yes, someday soon we plan on putting it up on our site - we are in the process of subdividing it into streamable sizes ...).

thanks again guys.

unless the video is showing the install on a C6 Corvette I don't think it will help much. The only problems I really have are where to locate the display and button modules. I have a few ideas and I am going to play with them to see what works best. If you have any suggestions though I am all ears.

Thanks,

Randy
