As some of you hardcore radar detector enthusiasts already know, the Veil Guy did some extensive radar detector comparison road tests over this Memorial Day Holiday weekend...at least that was his plan.
He apparently had so much enjoyment that he decided to extend his working vacation just a little bit. What started out to be a 1000 or so mile adventure turned out to be a week-long escapade into a host of different states, pitting his driving record and prudent driving skills into performing another real-world radar detector and countermeasure review.
Total miles racked up: just a little under 4000 miles (and at today's gas prices, OUCH!)
I can't wait to see the final reviews as the war-stories that I have heard are always interesting.
The states that he hit were: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
In the spirit of this forum, we have created a
travel log, detailing his trials and tribulations on the road.
