Photo enforcement loophole dismisses 1 in 5 tickets

Dan Siegel (investigative producer) & Joe Ducey (investigative reporter) of ABC news affiliate, ABC 15 News KNXV-TV Phoenix, just released a published a report detailing more flaws in legal due process with respect to automated photo enforcement, at least, as it is currently being carried out by Gov. Janet Napolitano in her state of Arizona, the state that is leading the charge for implementing photo enforcement (speed cameras and red light cameras) while ignoring the adverse implications of photo enforcement on its state residents' legal rights to due process as embodied in our country's Bill of Rights.

Like myself (who has been improperly cited twice in as little as six months), one of ABC 15 News' investigative producers was also cited improperly.
