In this article, I consider the very real potential of grossly excessive and unfair fine structures against the casual everyday taxpaying driver—stemming from heavy-handed, morally reprehensible, and unfair speed cameras which are rapidly being deployed throughout the state of Arizona, serving as a template for other future state-wide speed camera deployments.
