It appears that Redflex spent at
least $80K with this lobbyist (ie; salesperson) for 2007 for his lobbying efforts, Jackson Kemper, III
Apparently one of his firms, JK3 Associates is registered with the Federal Government, as well:

Redflex, once again, states the strategic importance of hiring professional lobbyists to augment its sales in its 2007 Financial Report:
