Technology sure has changed over the years. Its always been the old cat&mouse game. As for the laser jammer wars, I would probably say the mouse has the upper hand now. Atleast until they try changing the laws.
I recommend the Blinder M-25 laser jammer for cars and the M-45 for SUV's and trucks. As for installers try Blinder-Xtreme. click on "dealer locator" and then select your "state." also checkout the video clips on this website by outrun and the BMW with blinder unit installed.
