An unannounced flash mob of about 30 volunteers descended upon DPS headquarters today to express outrage over the department’s recent incendiary comments regarding opponents of automated ticketing.
Never missing political opportunity in tragedy, Lieutenant James Warriner irresponsibly blamed “vocal critics” and “protests” as factors leading up to the violent murder of a Redflex photo radar van driver. (CameraFRAUD has held over 37 peaceful events since 2008, sucessfully pushing the issue of automated ticketing to the forefront of Arizona politics.)
Wielding signs such as “Fire Vanderpool and Warriner” and “Destination Police State,” repeated requests were made via megaphone for (DPS Director) Vanderpool and Warriner to come outside— a message was waiting for them on the curb.
The Scene: Waiting in the Lobby
A small group decided to go inside the complex to directly speak with Warriner. After being paged by the receptionist, the response came back ten minutes later that both Vanderpool and Warriner were conveinently unavailable.
