Shouldn't it be "battery in the boot?"

I trust you drive on the wrong side of the road, as well.

Yes it should be battery in boot, wouldn't imagine many people having a clue what I was talking about though. What gave it away, bonnet ??
Used to drive on the wrong side, moved out here not too long ago.
Great forum guys

As Jeremy Clarkson recently said to an American visitor on Top Gear, welcome to the free "world..."

Yes the word bonnet gave it away.

To be honest I've missed the likes of the M4 on a nice Saturday and the M25 Orbital, not to mention the A320 all routes that I drove when I was working in the U.K in another life...

Glad to have you as a part of our small community.

Cheers.

Default Blinder/Escort + Cheetah

BMW-Guy,

Welcome to the forum! this is a great forum for new members wanting to protect themselves against ole smokey". To answer your question on your car setup, and a good jammer thats easy to put in your car and take out in a matter of 15 minutes, My recommendation would be The Blinder M25 + the Cheetah wireless kit. Its a fast easy install and the cheetah is a great product. The escort ZR4 is another great choice. Both of these jammers will give you plenty of time to slow down, so you don't recieve a ticket. Good luck with your choice of jammers and again welcome to the forum

Dear all, thanks for your great responses.

I've been busy travelling around getting familiar with my RD, I'm beginning to get a feel for where to look for the LEO when it goes off. Its a bit random though, sometimes it will sound with tons of notice and I'd have slowed with plenty of time, other times it will sound and I'm still on the brakes when I see the LEO, all these occurrences happen when on the highway normally with an LEO either in the opposing lane coming towards me or stopped on my side with either a customer or just sitting there. I have yet to see a LEO using lidar though, I think its only a matter of time.

I am therefore still on the look out for a laser jammer, I wanted to ask, does the ZR4 have the ability to be wired wireless as i have a 9500ix and like the idea of linking it? Otherwise, it will have to be the Blinder as it needs to go from one car to another frequently.

Thanks again
