Brilliant...Indeed it did and you are most certainly on top of your game!
It is interesting to note that radar detectors are capable of alerting to lidar-based red-light camera systems such as these.
I would fully expect a laser detector like the Valentine 1 would also alert, perhaps at even a farther distance than the Bel Vector 995 did which I estimated to be at about 50 feet before the intersection.
I should be returning to the area some time in the near future.
I had been thinking that I had to travel to Arizona to get some red light camera action. It appears Maryland can also provide a target-rich environment, as well.
I was not aware that LaserCraft was actually being deployed on this side of the pond.
Word of caution to the wise, if your radar detector goes off with a laser alert as you approach an intersection, watch out, you might be entering a red light camera monitored intersection.
Perhaps I should make a blog posting about this experience...
