The quality of the Bells are nothing like the v1?

I have both and have taken both apart and the Bell's are a very high quality product indeed. This isn't even mentioning the Bell StI!

The Bel Sti is built well in quality, but its performance to the V1 is nothing as good in my opinion. GOL did testing this last year and the V1 wiped the floor with the STI and escort X50. But I still like Beltronics. It was my very first radar detector before I found the V1. Everyone has their favorites. Mine just happeneds to be a V1.

Well as you say it's your opinion. If your quoting the gays of lidar for your info, a site I wouldn't get dog bisket review from, I can see why...

Btw posting videos the v1/escort and Bell and say the v1 is the obvious clear winner when from the video it os an obvious tie isn't helping your case too much..

As long as valentine has fanboys like you that only see the V1's pluses and not any of it's negatives then Mikey V. will keep the v1 essentally the same way when it came out when people other then him invented it..

Too bad because if it had a major upgrade and update it would finally be the detector you believe it is....

You are always welcomed to your opinion, remember this site is not for bashing other people, their testing strategies or products. If you don't like Guys of lidar thats fine. But please don't bash on this website ok. We are all on the same team here. I'm glad you perfer the Bel over the V1. That is your preference. I just like the V1, and choose to use it over the Bel. We all have our favorite radar detecting units on this website. Remember we are all on the same page when it comes too sharing our experiences.

Sorry buddy but your the one who started the bashing of other products with little or no information not I. IMO, you are a textbook V1 Fanboy. How did you start one of your posts? "Another V1 victory" 1) Sounds directly like you got it from the Valentine product site 2) You didn't apparently watch the video because it wasn't at all!

You said Bell products will likely die from heat exposure and that the v1 is superior to them because it is made out of metal. Wrong. you said Bell build quality is far below Valentine detectors and having had both of them apart and knowing a thing or too about electronics I can tell you this is another misinformed opinion.

You keep going on about "everyone has favorite products" to cover your up this bashing behavior. Because I defend bell products, which I own at least six which all worked very well and have taken them all apart at one time or another you call me a basher? Nice try at spinning and flipping the truth..

When you make general negative statements about a product line please try to back it up with some facts.
