Road Rally

Ive been working on organizing a road rally recently and have been having trouble coming up with a GOOD name and route. Due to gas prices i would like to keep the distance down. My initial idea was to go to Ocean City MD which is approx: 3hrs from me. My other issue is I am having trouble finding enough "responsible" participants. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated
