I recently watched a video that was posted on the front-page of an authorized retailer of Veil in Australia named,
Delonix Radar.
If you click the Tiger logo at center top, you'll be presented with a brief promotional radar detector video featuring such a portable radar detector tester.
Perhaps you can contact Jeremy at his site with a query as to where to get such a testing device. I am certain he'll direct you to where you can obtain such a device in the states.
From the little that I could tell on that promotional video, the radar detector tester featured, looked like it would do the trick for you.
