Yes, I am planning on mounting a V1 with the remote display. I also plan on mounting a Blinder X-25 with a Cheetah wireless kit. And off course topping it all off with a veil treatment.
I am curious, you use the phrase 'I used to hard-wire', does that mean you prefer to use a different hookup method now (such as cigarette lighter plug), or that you don't install radar detectors much any more yourself.
