That was a interesting story. It just amazes me how the officers trap people and help raise their insurance rates. Did you see the news about the wild cop and the officer yelling at that kid for video taping him. Its on "youtube.com" under wild cop. These cops that get out of hand need to be either fired or suspended... As for the ticket quota's, Its been going on for years on the police departments raising revenues. Makes me sick to my stomach. Anyway as far as paying a $20 speeding ticket for 1 mph over, they did the right thing. They will lock you up if it never gets paid. Crazy isn't it!
