I have finished compiling a closer look at these new systems which are beginning to appear around the U.S. including Philadelphia, PA.
Interesting enough, although these are technically
moving violations, the
Philadelphia Parking Authority is involved. Truth is stranger than fiction, folks. How can/why should a parking authority have jurisdiction over
moving traffic?
