Seriously, though, not a surprising development at all, I could see it coming; it was just a matter of time.

destroying our societies' freedoms (in the name of 'protecting' them).
Where are we headed? All one has to do is look down the road a little to see that Singapore is the next exit and a
police state, a
left turn after that.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long. -
