SF,

Can you elaborate a bit on the particulars of the change in AZ? Does this mean the RedFlex is completely out, equipment and all services and ATS is completely in? Or does this mean that the fee structure that was originally put into place was changed dramatically? If the HP is now operating them, are these violations pointable offenses? Are the red light cameras also being changed? I believe American Traffic Solutions (ATS) is still the equipment of choice, no?

In so far as your fight: It's still not too late, my friend.

Fortunately, the citizens of your "fine" state can excercise their power of the vote...to vote the supporters OUT of office.

It should be faily easy to discover the voting records of the state representatives who voted their support, as well as the distinguished men and women, who did not.

Please feel free to record their vote along with their names [and party affiliation] under the economics & politics section of this forum. Come election time, they can answer to those opposed to their agenda.

Cheers.

STH
