Last week, I read about the newest firmware (3.864) on one of the groups. Since I am still 'test' driving my unit, I decided to email VR just in case the newer firmware was significant. The folks at VR didn’t know this, but prior to ordering it, I already decided to keep it .

I decided to ask them about the newer firmware before my 30 day’s were up. This way, if 3.864 offered an additional feature, I’d be eligible for a free upgrade.

Below is my email to VR along with their reply – I can’t say that their reply was very eloquent but it answered my question(s), I think? .
